I was going to say. Sure we're all drawn to his character, but hell no would he be a good mentor.

Mentor is the guy who imparts all his badass on you and uses the minimum of his resources to guide you into doing his awesome bidding all while thinking it was your idea.

I debated Mal Reynolds a bit, but he did try to set a moral example for his crew at times, and was certainly their leader.

Also, wouldn't Professor Falken be a better choice from War Games? Not only to the Ally Sheedy and Matthew Broderick characters, but to Joshua / WOPR as well.

5 does not a collection make.

I've got tons of beer steins/glasses/shot glasses........but it seems a bit silly to display them now that I'm 33.

Holy crap, finding 13" tires was an exercise in frustration today. The guy from Mr. Tire flat out told me that don't do 13" or even 14". Excuse me? Aren't you a TIRE place?

I feel most collections are pretty worthless. I appreciate people having collections of things that increase in value with age or proximity to more of itself.

They are generally just creative ways to gather dust.

I collect cynicism. Doesn't ever get dusty.
