From this, we can see that his license plate number is GZ7 35P:
It might be interesting for someone local to the area to call the Miami-Dada police (from a payphone) and report the car as having been used in the commission of a crime, or that you personally witnessed the driver of said car consuming an alcoholic beverage while driving. Or that your name is Eli Peraza and that you have just been carjacked at gunpoint.
Not that I'd ever actually suggest that someone file a false police report. Just observing that it would be interesting if someone did.
You'd need to note of course that said car is now black in color.

Normally I'm pretty relaxed and easygoing, but that kid makes me want to run over kittens with a lawnmower.
He keeps mentioning water cooled turbos. I'm going to speculate that he's (possibly) thinking of trying to somehow isolate the turbo coolant from the rest of the system, perhaps on a second circuit with an additional radiator. But that's enough speculation for now. Every minute that I try to think on his level, my IQ drops a couple points.

You know, you might very well be right.
I guess in order to know for sure, someone would have to drive down to his home, which is at 143 NW 58th Court, Miami FL, 33126 and look.
Or, they could visit him at his place of business, EDS Legal Services, which is located at 1 N.E. 1st Street Suite B16, Miami FL, 33132, an address curiously shared by Valtex International Corp., whose president recently plead guilty to all sorts of felonious behavior.
It's possible that one of his former neighbors at his old apartment building, 10367 SW 88th Apt E-6, Miami FL, 33176 might know how to get in touch with him. Possibly Lourdes Perez, who lives next door (and who apparently had some problems with Arch Wireless, back in Feb of 2002.)
Failing that, I suppose we could simply call him and ask, either at his home number, (305) 643-9447, or on his cell at (305) 960-2249.

Then also sign up his neighbor, with the comment field signed "Thinking of you. Your neighbor, Eli."
