The AI-generated cat pictures thread
I was in 7th grade and my whole school day watching the live TV of what was going on; i did not understand why my science teacher was panicking, teary eyed and on the phone until i got a bit older and he told us in 9th grade that his sister was in tower 1 on the 42nd floor but was able to get out before the building buckled. That was the first time I felt like a total ******* for the very first time in my life because I was making "macho" jokes about him before tower 2 crumbled first on the news. Everyone was silent after that.
but lets get on some happier topics pls

No need to dream about it - the ammo could very easily be yours (the auction is up and running right now).
I had a Ruger SR-22 as well but didn't own it very long (traded it for a 10/22). The only 22 pistol I currently have is a barely legal (still illegal in SC as far as I know) Phoenix HP22. I have both barrels for mine and have done all the mods to disable the safeties.

In 2006 Guy Goma was in the BBC reception awaiting a job interview when he was mistaken for internet expert Guy Kewney. Karen Bowerman interviewed a bewildered Mr Goma live on air.

Props awarded.
Sidebar: it seems like $10,000 ought to look more impressive in real life. It's just not that big of a pile of cash.
(I kind of wish I'd had a My Little Pony figurine to pose on top of it, tea-bagging Franklin. In fact, I may go to the toystore and buy one so I can re-take this photo before I spend the money.)

A clean, '01-'05 NB. Going to look at a couple this weekend. I don't plan on spending more than $6-7k on the car, but figured I'd have a little extra on hand in case we want to get a nice dinner on the way back or something.
(I hate that stupid plastic trim at the bottom of the nose, below the doors, and behind the wheels- does anyone know if it comes off cleanly?)
