So a couple weeks ago we were talking about rectifiers and current and all that jazz. I was going on about walking across the bussing with a wrench in your hand, it would spin it. I never really had a good way of capturing this other than crappy video. Until today.

I was hooking up some grounding ties off our sacrificial plumbing (stray current through the solution(it eats up our pump impellers)). I found this. This is a pretty good example of the stray current we have, along with the high current in the bussing(this is only 7000a 24v)

Conceptually, it reminds me of the old trick where you walk around near the base of an AM radio tower (or under high-voltage power transmission lines) holding a florescent light tube.
