Watched that yesterday, spurred by spending the last few months basically restoring a "cheap" XJ12. They didn't mention the Jags, probably for good reason. As far as engine management goes the later 6.0L Jag V12s were the best of the lot. Denso ECU instead of the twin ECUs (basically trying to manage two straight-sixes) found on some of the Bimmers.
Been DDing it for a few weeks now though, and it is nice. Certainly a unique experience...flat torque curve and turbine-like delivery. I do know basically every nut and bolt on the car now though.
