Wow, nice fish, what do they taste like? The only fresh water fish I have tasted is Trout. A couple of weeks ago we went to the black hills in SD. and I tried trout, is was very good. Here in south florida you are only supposed to eat fresh water fish once a month because of the contaminates in the water. Salt water fish depends on the size (bigger is bad). But it is fun to catch and release. Have Fun before the snow.

Makes me want to go fishing. I haven't gotten my fish on in probably a year. My boat isn't running, and I don't feel like using the trolling motor to move around with, so I just don't go. That small mouth action looks right up my alley.

I grew up in Maine with a lot of fishing, went home to visit last month and fished for the first time in almost 14 years. Had so much fun and might get back into it, but it's hard living where there is hardly any water.

Maybe that is whats wrong with me. I used to fish and eat the catch just down river from some paper mills. That was back before people were all crazy over how safe their food was. Now they tell you not to eat any fish out of those waters. I probably ate 50lb of fish in my life from that water.
