Something good just happened to health care.

When Jenn and I flew out to LAX, our flight left from E (international). When we went up to BOS, we left from B. The food in E is much better and everything is more spread out so you're not bumping into everyone. I'm just glad my pilot didn't land on the taxiway...yes, this happened a few weeks ago here.

Yeah, E has really benefited the most from the recent remodeling. The food court, in particular. It's always a bit on the crowded side, but I think they've got the best selection in terms of the fast-food offerings.
Still no smoking lounge, though...
Last time I was there, all of the gate displays in E (including the Delta gates) were still using the old segmented-character displays. Have they been upgraded to the new full-screen LCDs like all the rest of 'em?

I dunno, I wan't paying that much attention to them, but i'm pretty sure they have switched them over to LCD. I really am surprised there aren't any smoking areas though...I really wanted one as soon as I got back from Boston....so I had to wait until my 42 mile walk through the parking deck And given the number of people coming though there...who are about to kill someone after their 8 hour international flight. Oddly enough, my when my GF wsa in a few European airports she told me that a lof of them still allow smoking around the intire airport.
