After some more research he didn't buy it from Bugatti. This was a second-hand deal he picked up last year, private sell, buyer from Texas. He's a Lufkin resident.

I don't think Bugatti would have approved this kind of dickwad.

What could have been so important he couldn't pull over and look for the phone?

Fantastic video! Pretty much proves what I thought. He crashed the damn car due to cell phone distraction. Idiot.

At least now he has a matched set. A wrecked Enzo and the drowned Veyron.
