I really dig that. If you decide to get rid of it hit me up, I'll buy it.

Looks like ****. Should have wasted your time on a roof scoop.

I like your splitter. The style bar is throwing me off though.

glad most u guys like it,its a plywood from home depot $12,u can make 3 lip on that $12 plywood, then i the cut plywood 64 x 21,trace it from my lip, small adjusment, cut with jig saw, wheather paint, screw it to lip like track dog version,(x2),3 inch L bracket from radiator support, 3/16" X 5-1/2 adjustable turn buckles form home depot for $2 each.

i did this route coz i autox a lot,i see people has a carbon fiber lip has been torn apart coz hitting cones,i dont want to buy expensive material lke carbon fiber for 200 and brake after hittin a cone,so this for under $20 i got 3 set,and i did try drivin 100mph in this just to test it and hold up pretty well.

i just got this NA 97 miata 2 months ago with those hump style roll bars honestly i dont like it too,im in the market to buy a hardcore bar.thanks

It's either "cause" or "because", not "coz".

I think your splitter looks good.

Thanks. I don't know how I feel about the plywood though. Seems like water, road grime, and the like will warp the wood. Even if it's treated it wouldn't take much to get through and expose the bare wood.

Let us know how it holds up.

Plywood is a traditional material even up to pros. This is the normal way of doing it (except that usually they put a layer or three of fiberglass on one side).
