When first snowfall hits and I start the winter maintenance, I will be re-installing the power steering system. I saved all the old stuff just in case I didn't like it, and I'm glad I did. There really isn't much benefit to it unless you spend lots of time on the track, and even then it's iffy.

As a side note, i'm running about 12 psi now and very curious to what numbers I will be putting down.

Myself, I'm trying to have a mod that does a better job with the upper half of the plenum on the 99-00 intake. Specifically the area from the throttle body to the start of the plenum. There's room under the NB hood to raise the TB a good inch and enlarge to a 3" connector between the two. It should allow for greater air flow and slightly larger plenum volume.
Cheers,
-JB

Jeff, just cut the manifold at the neck of the 1st cylinder and weld a straight pipe.

Yes, I figured out my VVT since that post. Now I am battling AIT correction issues and EBC issues. Running really good for the most part, just some minor stuff.

So the kiddo came early... might make this actually more probable. Still thinking of putting the 78 Fiat on the rollers... should be amusing.

Now that we are no longer predjudice against non BPs, I'll bring my ***** powered RX8 and see how long I have before she blows up. Deiselmiata also needs someone to hold his hand.

See how much you can push that redline. I want it to sound like a 4 rotor at 8k rpm!!!

Triple, I have a clean NB rack I was going to use to depower the all out way before deciding to get the 8. I can bring it if you are interested in it.

Sure you can toss it in the trunk. I'll test out Aarons miata and if its not too bad for a DD then I'll take it, depower it and just swap it with mine and give you mine. The rack can be done with the engine in right? I take it i'll need to pull the turbo or no?

FMs instructions are lovely but they are with the engine out so they leave a lot of guessing room as far as clearances go.
