Definetely wasn't hanging loose on that second lap in the video. Attacked the bottom of the screw like a madman. The compression g's pushed both of you well down in the seats. Do that too many times you'll start getting shorter!

It really is a blast to drive now that **** doesn't break 5 minutes into every session.

I used, nuts bolts washers and aluminum framing. Will snag some pictures for everyone later. It is basically a modified version of how savington has his attached.

Only problem is at speed (110mph) the sides are bending slightly down, so i need to make some canards.

I'm the same way...I always think about doing a LS swap....but theres something I love about FI.....snowboarders/savs/hustlers cars just reinforce it even more I'm going to have to see Fastcolts car when its all done....should be right on par with these guys, so it'll give me an idea on how quick these cars are in real life....videos just don't do it justice

I think much of the turbo appeal comes from keeping it a Miata. If you had an LSx motor in it everyone would expect it to be fast. "woah, you have a v8 in that little thing?". With the Miata engine you can take greater pride in slaughtering lesser men in far more expensive cars.

As the results from the latest TX MC event will tell you, I'm a shitty driver. However, I'm almost always the fastest street car on the track and there's always a fan club. Its really fun.
