Definetely wasn't hanging loose on that second lap in the video. Attacked the bottom of the screw like a madman. The compression g's pushed both of you well down in the seats. Do that too many times you'll start getting shorter!

Only problem is at speed (110mph) the sides are bending slightly down, so i need to make some canards.
I'm going to have to see Fastcolts car when its all done....should be right on par with these guys, so it'll give me an idea on how quick these cars are in real life....videos just don't do it justice

I think much of the turbo appeal comes from keeping it a Miata. If you had an LSx motor in it everyone would expect it to be fast. "woah, you have a v8 in that little thing?". With the Miata engine you can take greater pride in slaughtering lesser men in far more expensive cars.
