Semi nOOb From Nevada
Hi,
I'm James. I registered Here for hopes of some guidance, and take in some knowledge with my uncles build. 1997 mazda miata 99 swap built.. specs later, he is retired and needed something to do haha!! As I have some hands on with being mechanically inclined you could say... I have built mini trucks, Honda's, dirt track cars, and I have been a diesel mechanic for the last 8 years. I build cars for fun and the fact that i enjoy progressing my knowledge!
Here is some random pics from some of the builds, I have done. Please forgive some typing errors as well as randomness, and some spelling miss haps..
This was my 1994 Integra I bought with a wrecked front end. I put most everything I had in funding for my first run, at building with boost pricey.. I did finally get it figured out! Front end was a type r conversion. Funds ran out for the core support, so I (Quickly) fabricated something to run it. :(
B20 turbo precision I don't remember, The specs as this was a few years ago.
Body and wheels new paint. This was a buget build at this point. Never will I rattle can again.
B20 In the car it was on a FMU (Garbage)!!
My pride and joy! Stock bottom end. 25000 miles from HMO. Head ported and polished with super tech vavle train, titainium retainers. Itr cams aem fuel rail id 1200cc injectors high impedance.(the price was right) Skunk II intake manifold, Aeromotive regulator with all stainless braided lines. Also an itr throttle body, this was tuned on chrome at 22psi never got a slip on her time Tuned on chrome on 110 octane 10 mpg, boosting, and 26 no boost on pump gas. (91)
A few dirt track car pics
Some guys asked me to post up some previous builds. So this was just a quick dig threw of what I found on my computer hope this is some what impressive as I have enjoyed the bashing as well as the help and articles on this site BTW i couldnt be more impressed this miata is so much fun!!
