I went by and spoke to Mel about. You should be able to get 1-3 passes for $30 if you get enough cars out there. His regular rates are cheap as well, not sure though if he will charge for a BBQ.

But screw it, i will show up and buy the pizza and pop

Slices given to those who bring the hot chicks.

Lmao alright il bring my gf , 1-3 passes is that just a dyno, or dyno-tuned? If not how much is dyno tuned? And for your parts just smuggle them over, i have an aunt and i tell them i am going to visit her be gone for 2 hours, and come back and they ask where have you been and i say visit my aunt. And they let you right through never got cought once, so easy to get back into your own country, sometimes they dont even ask for I.D...

Not sure about actually tuning, but i know in most cases you're looking at a $1000 to have him sit down and tune. I know hes familiar with FAST, DFI, Big Stuff and some Honda stuff. LOL

Yea, that seems to be the going rate, $800-1000+

Dyno time and his tuning.

I know he will do what ever small tweaks he can on the dyno (timing advanced, fuel pressure etc) but when it comes time to really tuning on these standalones, if i recall correctly, those are the rates.

I know my buddy who does the Honda chipping charges about $300-500 alone for that.

You can also expect (while i don't agree with it) that on a system like FAST, BS3, DFI that after it's tuned, it's locked.

It's very rare that you find a dyno shop that will strap your car these days for his kinda of price. I've 'heard' that most shops are still charging $100 per hour.
He also only does A/F if he can plug in an o2 sensor into your header or somewhere before the cat, not that cheesy tail pipe way

He's a great guy to deal with (TAG), but for the dyno day i don't think you will be tuning while everyone is picking their noses watching :P

Not sure what you are talking about, but when you do get caught, you get on CBSA's black list for about 5 years. That means ---- cavity search every time you pass through the border. Have fun!
