FINALLY A[n] INTRO
Hello there my name is Charlie, and I think its about time I do this intro...Im from Central California.. Salinas to be exact! As you can see from my low post count I dont post very often ..I have been on this site for a bit now, but Ive been busy reading most of the FAQ and doing alot of reading on this wonderful site to get a good foundation on what I wanted to do with my Miata.. on to the goods:
I picked up my Miata 03/2010 in Southern Cali, it had the Eibach springs, Koni shocks, panasports, and Harddog Roll Bar already installed.. 80k miles on it
First day home:
Drove it like this for about 1 year, then I did the basics.. intake, header, exhaust.. didnt get pictures of the stage sorry lol.. it stated in this stage for a while....
I never thought about going turbo until I went here:
Laguna Seca is just mins away from my house (I cant wait till Sept 2014)
Thats the first time I got to ride in a turbo Miata and I loved it.. I knew from that point that I wanted to have boost in my car...
So lets move to 2013, I saw a turbo set up for sale on NorcalRoadsters and bought it, it included Garrett 2860, IC, ARtech Mani & DP,TIAL wastegate 3" Exhaust, all V-band:
(this is before it was ceramic coated)
Most Recent Pic:
So Last night I finally get it tuned at Blacktrax Performance and the results:
I very happy with my investment and love my car even more now!!
I would also like to thank everyone on here that help me out, you guys know who you are!!
Ive seen many noobs like me get blasted on here, but I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience here on MT.net!! I know Ive bugged many of you on here threw PM, so again Thank you very much...Hope to see and meet many of you in Sept at Laguna Seca!

Charlie is an *** and I hate him. Someone ban this damn n00b.
Hahaha! Nah, I'm just kidding, Charlie is good people. He got a hell of a deal on some really nice hardware and frankly, I'm jealous. He is doing the right thing, taking it slow, getting a pro tune and figuring it all out.
My first Miata was a black NA so I'm bias, and I frigging LOVE those Panasports on a NA.
I think I know exactly where in town you took this pic. Dropping off some dry cleaning?
Glad to hear you are having some fun with it! Sorry I've been out of town so much this month and I wasn't able to be more of a help Watch out with all the crazy rain right now, we don't need someone else on the form smacking into things.

turbofan thanks for the compliment
I think the 6sp is next, ill have to save some cash for that built engine, getting this car running set me back a few bucks since I didnt do any of the labor, but thats going to change, I went the easy expensive way first lol, but not anymore... if I just wait patiently I know I might get a good deal on here for a built engine in the future
