Default New here, saying hi, here's what I'm workin with.

Hey guys. New to the turbo.net forum. Guess I'll start by mentioning what I drive. I'm driving a 1.8 95 miata (of course) base model. I've owned the car for something like 7 years now and she made me fall in love with all MX-5's. Still blows cold A/C and retained the power steering. Add on parts include hardtop w/out defrost, Soft top delete, Torsion LSD, with single piece axles (from a 97) which sit about half a millimeter away from my raceland coils. I don't rave about this suspension but suffice to say it is better than my stock suspension and I enjoy the ride quality and I got them for $100 so it's like a sore peter... you can't beat it. 17" Racinghart black rims on a primer grey body, (paint to come after the Turbo is installed but will be alpine white with blue pearl and cyan blue rims) smoked turn signals. Moss miata rebuilt shifter assy with a voodoo piano black shift ****. The body has 197,000 on her with just now hitting 100k on the engine I replaced last summer (92 on engine when purchased). The replacement engine was compression tested and leakdown tested, within fantastic range and runs like new with 0% valve tick. NGK iridium plugs and NGK (Blue) wires. now on to the stuff that I own that is awaiting the build this month. (china charger) GT25/60 internally gated with V-band exhaust bolted to the 2.5 exhaust with test pipe and a straight through muffler. 1.8 Flyin miata Manifold. Downpipe w/ flexpipe of some unknown manufacturer, wideband from my other car, (accel DFI Gen 7 sytem wideband) Godspeed intercooler w/ all necessary piping off a junkyard turbo miata find. unknown entity BOV. 2 460cc Red top RX-7 injectors (still needing 2 more so shout out if you have em!). Flyin miata Stage 1 Happy meal clutch (retaining stock flywheel) MSPNPG2. turbo coolant line block offs and all oil in/out are earls steel braided lines. Apexi auto timer. sunpro digital afr guage, Faze (crap) boost guage and buying the oil temp this week. Might have forgot a few things here and there but that should be the long and the short of it. I've replaced things like the windshield and basic maintenance like rotors and calipers and all sorts, basically reviving a wonderful car over the years. she was a piece when I bought her, had a bad coolant leak that ended in a ruptured coolant line and a spun rod bearing (hence the heart transplant). The goal is to get her to 8-12 lbs on a dual stage boost controller. 8 for daily 12 for extra giddyup. And to get her painted the white/blue pearl. Then just have fun driving!! I have done months of reading on here before even buying parts and from what I read I believe I have covered all the bases. This is NOT my first tuner/race car and everything that has been done on the vehicle was done with these 2 hands (built... not bought) Seeing how all the parts have been purchased and next week I'm installing the ECU and the clutch I thought i had better sign up and see if anyone has any forewarning or advice to give on anything I missed or need to look out for. Keep in mind I am a disabled vet and my memory isn't what it used to be so if you see something I might have missed by all means ask if it is a part I own and forgot to mention rather than blasting me for not owning it as I might have just forgot to mention it. Hope to get to know most of you guys and look forward to hearing from other Miata family members.

Tommy

Yeah, not really sure on proper forum etiquette or format for writing up a post. Kind of just typed away on the computer there.
