+1, and use some damn grammar! You will be ridiculed and ignored for failing to follow basic grammar rules. Just do it. Don't let your first 30 post go on defending how you have the right to be retarded. Just try to type clearly and use periods and question marks when appropriate. Nobody freaks if you typo, but huge run ons that make no sense are pointless.

Hint 1: Click each forum and read anything that says sticky or FAQ. Read for a couple weeks, then ask questions. Click on cjernigan's name, he's a moderator. Read the links in his signature each 5 times.

P51, if you are really eager to turbo your car why don't you contact leebo and buy his kit. You won't find anything as good as that for that price.

BTW, the last P51 Mustangs ever to fly as combat planes were in the DR. That was the local Air Force until about 20 years ago when they sold the last ones and changed them for some shitty Brazilian planes

The p51 was one of the toughest planes to fly! I've got a couple of friends who flew those in the DR Air Force and they all say that the torque in that engine was so extreme you had to be extra careful when going airborne not to turn the plane over. There were a couple of local planes lost in that fashion.

I'm not that familiar with the p38 because that was a much earlier model. In fact, if I'm not mistaken I think there was a p47 model in between.

I'm still trying to figure out what the P51 Mustang (a WWII era air-superiority fighter) has to do with the AGM-114 Hellfire (a modern, multirole self-guided surface-to-surface and air-to-surface configurable missile system).

Thanks but I guess I'm mistaken. The "Mosquito" people in these parts referred to was not that one. I'll take a pic of one that's in display locally and post it. I'd like to know which one is it.

BTW, I could never forget the one I mentioned since it shot a few rounds at my house!

man its so funny how this thread has completly switched to wwII aircrafts LOL but the p38 lightning is my second favorite of all and I've encountered a p51 flying in at a local airport and was beautiful. The p38 was just far supior to all others (in my opinion) my grandfather flew one during the war it just so happened that during a dog fight a downed plane split his elevator in half the plane didn't fail instead hew flew it back to base belly up!! Interesting huh??
