New Miata owner!
Hi what's up everyone my name is Yad, I reside in Miami and I am a car enthusiast. I just picked up my first Miata for $1500. It is a 1994 M-Edition 195k very clean and unmolested as I like to call them. I could not pass up on a RWD 2200lbs project for that price! I am going to be doing a full build on the 1.8L BP engine as it is perfectly over engineered in its current normally aspirated form. I am going to start a little more active on these forums and I will start a build threat as soon as I begin the project. For now I am doing a some cosmetic work on it. It needs a new top , I am getting water in the trunk (most likely from the rain rail being cracked). I also ordered in a new lower shift boot as mine is cracked and this is apparently very common on these cars. Anyways here are a few pics of the car!

Hello down in Miami! Sounds like you got a great deal on that car!
Just a quickie tip, while you are changing the rubber boot that seals the tunnel, look at the small seal that bolts to the top of the turret. Odds are it is bad too. Both of these seem to last about 3 to 4 years. We usually change both of these at the same time as they go out together. Good news is that they are easy to change!

Looks like a nice car, especially for the money. How many miles? What are your plans for the car?
