Hello! First thing I want to say is big thanks to the mods/supporters and people that make this site happen. It is a gold mine of seriously quality info.
Like most, I've been on here for a few weeks reading and am trying to get a lock on where I want to go with my new na.
I had a beautiful Silver w/ black leather 90na a decade ago and while I loved it, I never appreciated it and thashed the freakn BJesus out of it. A drunk jack@ss in a 70's cadi put an end to that up in LA. As you can imagine, no good comes from a 70's cadi VS miata. I should post a pic.
I recently decided to take a break from riding motorcycles for a while but still want, no *need*, that open air fun and I got to thinking... miata!
This thought was quickly followed by -this time maybe it should be the deez nutz edition.
I started looking for a 94/95M to start with but found grandma's 91 BRG and couldn't walk away. So here I am. First up is a roll bar and wheels and tires (I'm no daisy either), then some bracing while I research. I reached out to 949 about the tecnas, alas that project is on hold. Clearly I have to learn how to tune, so MS luv will be next. When I can PM I'll be reaching out to brain on that.
I'm interested in getting into the local miata scene and would really like the chance to ride in a few FI setups to help me get a lock on what I really want.
My pledge is that I will always boolean first. If/when I let me n00b flag fly please feel free to slap me down proper.
Thanks yo, -dave
