I just received my DIYPNP in the mail. Everything is still in plastic. I'd like to read the megamanual once or maybe a few times before touching anything. Is there a place where I can find it in pdf so I can print out a hard copy? Or do I need to go here:MegaSquirt - Electronic Fuel Injection Computer by Bowling and Grippo ©2010 and copy and paste every link to a word document and mess around with the page layout for the entire thing?

Indeed, the MSExtra documentation repository is the best source. I've not seen a PDF of it, but pretty much any web browser should be able to print out the pages if hard copy is your goal.
