Tunerstudio Lambda delay

Tunerstudio Lambda delay
I have been messing with this recently, and have gotten it to auto tune a hell of a lot better, but wanted someone to look and possibly give some maths and caculations to properly figure how to set the delay correctly.
Im at work (govt computer) so pics not possible
my current delay shows this:
MAP
230: 80 50 20
87: 150 73 31
20: 200 150 53
: 900 3000 7000 RPM
Im currently using a BEGI seperated gas downpipe, and estimated the sizes of the tubes to figure my rate of flow, and how long it would take to go from engine, through manafold, turbo and out the DP to reach the WB sensor, with different possible flow rates depending on if waste gate was open or not, and those were the numbers i came up with.
I had done all my caculations on a legal pad, and now cannot find it so I cannot write it down here.
The numbers TS came with by default, i think were reading the A/F ratio several MS too late, and what was causing it to auto tune very lean.
