DIYPNP 00 Wonky Sync, no power
I recently had an issue where my crank sensor would fall off due to a failing bolt. After building the world's best bracket, I re positioned the crank sensor and replaced the cam sensor. This got me from a no start condition, to a start condition. However the car still runs like crap. I get response between 0-10 TPS (basically where I start to spool), but above that I just get machine gun fire sounds from the exhaust and no power. I was getting an intermittent 31 and then a 32 sync loss code. Which could be either cam or crank sensor.
Attached is a composite log of the car revving in neutral and my MSQ.
A bit more about my setup and other issues: I'm running Toyota COPs with no cap in the harness. Also my TPS is rather noisy, I installed a new TPS and the issue went away a little bit. Still noisy enough that MS will activate accel enrich.
UPDATE:
Replaced Cam and crank sensors. No loss of sync under no load. My TPS is still noisy as hell. Car will not start if I swap stock coils back in.
