Default Rev MS3 Basic, configuring VICS on NB2

All the reading that i have done points to running 2 wires to the vics solenoid, and splicing into free expansion wires on the MS3, or using the EBC wires to control vics.

BUT, i have an NB2, with a swapped VICS manifold, instead of VTCS, and its my understanding that MS3 basic can control VTCS out of the box, using the OEM connector/wires that are already plugged in to the VTCS/VICS solenoid.

so my question, can i indeed use the OEM connector and where in Tuner studio do i find the settings to configure VTCS or VICS? cant find them.

please advise, and if possible also suggest which settings i need to input and parameters. i read close at 2k rpm and open at 5200 rpm. but i could be mistaken.

The output used is InjH in the Programmable On/Off Outputs. On below 5200, off above.

Not that you'd hang around 5200 much, but I'd give it a little hysteresis? Hysteria?

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but my NB1 is configured exactly the opposite (i.e. Power on value: OFF, Active value: ON, output channel <5600), and I'm wondering if that's the cause of the high-rpm power issues I'm seeing. I saw another thread here where Braineack seems to confirm that my config is correct. Is the OP's different because he's running an NB2 with a swapped manifold? Or is mine backwards?
