Default knocksense sensitivity

Hey,

I feel like my knocksense MS sensitivity isnt constant. When i initially set the sensitivity i drove on teh stock ecu (my engine is stock) and after it was up to temp i brought it to redline a few times. I adjusted it until the light just barely wouldnt turn on... figuring the engine shouldnt be knocking on the stock ecu. I plugged megasquirt back in and knocksense functioned fine for a while, but now it seems too sensitive. It'll go off any time im over 6k at full load... i even went back to teh stock ecu and it goes off like crazy high end. Im gunna tune the sensitivity again, but why does it keep getting out of tune??

thats why you can set MS to ignore it after a certain RPM...too much noise.
