So i just finished an engine pull to reseal the motor and throw a new clutch in. As i try to start it, nothing happens and the car just cranks. While its cranking the fuel gauge and oil pressure gauge dont move, but in the acc position the fuel gauge is reading. Also when i turn the key from on to off postion i get a weird electronic motor sound coming from under the driver side dash, never heard this sound before. When the key is removed completely, the fuel gauge still reads and the battery light is on but very dim. I had a similar issue where the car wouldnl't start and replaced the ignition switch with an oem replacement, not sure if i should try throwing the old one back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i need to solve this problem within the week.
