On craigslist and a 30 minute drive, I have two miatas, so it has been easy to be lazy since i have a daily driver ... but i finally got a laptop. Now all I need to do is wire up the megasquirt when I muster up the motivation between working on other stuff on the cars, my daily life, sleeping, and trying to have a social life.
Got it for $150, P3 500mhz, 160mb ram, 12gb, barely used, there were records of files named "sermon #x" on it which made me feel good because I trust christians more than non-christians (i am a non-religious btw). Anyway works great so far and the battery went down 10% in one hour of use and that seems pretty good to me.
On another note, 5 year aniversary for 9/11/2001. I still remember the day clearly and its wierd to think that it has been 5 years. Wow, how the world has changed since then. (to america of the past)
