Default GM IAT sensor with Stock ECU?

It's time to get my car ready for inspection, so I pulled the MS2 and the wideband O2 (I'm n/a, no boost yet). I'm trying to find my stock IAT sensor, but will it a) hurt the car or b) throw a code that would fail the inspection if I leave the GM IAT installed?

Appreciate the input, thanks.

not sure it will throw a code, but the temps won't be anywhere close to correct.
