Critique my tune please :)
Hey everyone,
Finished my turbo build, had a few hiccups but mostly all is good i would say. I've been driving her around for about 2 weeks now trying to smooth things out and have a nice solid tune. Mind you i'm new to tuning and normally just take my cars somewhere after i build them, but i wanted to try something new and exciting.
With that being said, here is my latest tune and i would like for some criticism on how to smooth it out some more, how my timing map looks and improve throttle response even more. I've used other members maps as a general guideline to help with mine.
Areas i think i need the most help with are the idle, idle droop, accel enrichments and cold start enrichments.
My setup;
1991 w/ 1.8 swap
27x9x3 Intercooler
GT2554R
Tial 38mm EWG
Artech manifold w/ 3" downpipe, 2.5" testpipe, 2.3" RB midpipe to a 3" axleback
MSPNP 1
FC RX-7 oil cooler
Rx-7 460cc injectors
Future plans include full 3" exhaust and i'm already tired of the GT2554, looking into a GT28RS in the future and a built engine with 6 speed.
I've attached my most recent MSQ and datalog file.
Thanks again!

I looked...apparently that mad tyte hella flush wing is causing your brain to not comprehend proper tuning capabilities. In all seriousness. I'm on my iPhone. If I looked at your map I'm sure I'd have a wildly different opinion:
Insert clip from 80's movie "back to the beach" starring Annette funachello and Frankie Avalon now: and also Lori Louglin when she was young and hot.
It's the part where the son says: "I have a wildly different opinion".

Uploaded a pic of your timing so others can take a look without having to open it.
You may have already looked through, this: https://www.miataturbo.net/megasquirt-18/dyno-tuning-take-look-fm-we-want-your-timingz-18648/ your timing map looks very familiar to one posted there. It's a great thread to come up with a basic timing map, just remember to be conservative with it and try to take input from as many similar setups as possible. A few of your low rpm high load cells seem pretty far advanced to me. The high RPMs looks fine to me.
I love the car, it looks great.
