Devil's Own outside mount nozzles
Paging Joe P or anyone else that can answer...
Joe IIRC from a previous thread you were thinking of developing a WI kit and were looking for a source for outside mount nozzles. Did you ever find a source? I am thinking about trying different nozzle sizes on my port WI setup but since I need four, at $20 each + shipping, experimentation is not cheap.

You may wanna try Aquastealth.
The guy's name is Brian, and his prices are reasonable.
BTW, I am going for different take on the port WI setup (complete write up with pics coming soon) and I have decided to use the 70cc nozzles.
You can order them minus the pneumatic hose fittings (and transfer yours on them) , and they should be 10 bucks a piece that way.
What nozzles are you using currently?
And, how much flow are you getting out of them?

I'm using the DO external nozzles. I have four of them at 2 GPH each (flow rated at 100 psi). I am thinking of going to 1 GPH nozzles and pushing up the pressure which should get me to 1.5-1.7 GPH. That is enough to get a 15% water/fuel ratio with 50cc injectors.
The smaller nozzles and higher pressure should work better with the HSV setup I am working on; they will have more flow range while still providing good atomization.

Off topic and all, but how big a tank are you planning on?
Mine will be just about 3 gallons. I could have another 1.5 gallon tank for a total of about 5 gallons (together with the plumbing capacity), but I am thinking what I have should be enough.

I kinda lost interest in that project after discovering that the CA registration laws were not conducive to the car I was planning. In fact, I just ordered another nozzle from DO.
Not sure about the NB, but on a US-spec non-ABS NA, the washer bottle holds a total of 1.65 liters (0.435 gal) of which only about 1 liter is useful volume, owing to the weird shape and the fact that you can't mount your pickup at the very bottom. (Or at least, I couldn't figure out a way to.)
