I know these aren't for a Miata... but I found them to be cheaper and high quality so I was going to try using them. I've realized I don't even have the money for tires to fill these right now... so up for sale they go.
Here is the 240 forums ad for them:
"Set of flares 240 flares and install kit
Yes... 240Z flares, but the fit on 240sx's is damn close to making you think the flares were originally for them.
Here they are on a local ls1 240sx (I always forget who's, just a random autox picture I have of his car... love it so much....).
Here are some shots of a rough fitment test I did (no bolting to secure/pull it into fitment). As you can see... very nice I just don't have the wheel/tire/$ to fill them and use them.
When I bought these, they were the last set in stock. No clue if more have been made since then of course.
I'm asking 220 for the set. Local, no shipping preferred (hard to make a box for).

Also selling an install kit from the guy who owns that 240Z up above. It has stainless hex head
hardware, nutserts for the rear and high quality rubber trim for a very very nice/clean install (reference the Z above). Here is the original reference thread.

I'd like the 65 paid for this. You get something that is out of 'stock' and pay no shipping on it.
Contact me at splitime@gmail.com or splitime on AIM. I'm a Chicago, IL guy and come drive a little in this area to meet up. Or if someone is Willing to come to Evanston, IL... I can lug it on the train and bring it to work.
I am willing to ship... but it will be at your expense. I'll take it to the local mailbox etc. store and they can package it all up. It's too odd of a shape for any boxes I might have and I'd be worried about breaking it (even though they made it to me fine).
Oh... and I'll do $260 for the package of both at the same time... if it happens sooner than later... ie: before this weekend coming up ends.

Here are the test fitment on a miata pictures:
I got lazy and didn't snap pics of the rear. Also notice I'm using Painters tape... its weak stuff... so you can see its not far off from great fitment.
With the install kit I have... it would look awesome.... just sadly not for me :(
