-Garrett T25, not a chinacharger
-Standard T2 footprint. Most of the .48/.49s are from DSMs, which have these oddball footprints which make upgrading a bitch. Not so with this turbo. IIRC, it's old "new stock" from an OEM Pontiac in the late 80s. I bought it new on eBay earlier this year and I've put about 2500 miles on it.
-Journal bearing, minimal shaft play, spins freely
-Comes pre-clocked for Miata use (compressor outlet faces down)
On my setup (MS PNP, 3" exhaust, huge front mount), I was getting boost onset around 1500rpm with a full 13+psi at 3000rpm. Max torque at 3000rpm, and 90% of max at 6000rpm. This thing is a partial-throttle MONSTER.
All in all a great turbo for a basic setup. This thing will spit out 8-10psi all day long, or punch out 14psi if you're of that mindset. I'd still have it on my car, but I found a smoking deal on a ball-bearing GT25R and I couldn't resist.
First $175 takes it. Payment before 3pm Monday-Friday gets it shipped the same day.
