Default FS: new/unused Innovate LC-1 w/ sensor
$160 shipped.

I bought this wideband + sensor back when my AFRs started going crazy, but it ended up being the fault of a disconnected IAT sensor. I used the cable/terminator a few times on my original LC-1, but other than that this is basically a brand new LC-1 w/ sensor. It includes everything that comes with the LC-1 in this package at DIYAutoTune:

Didn't wanna say anything until it was sold... there's a bunch on ebay for around 160 and some used for less. (saw one for 75)

They aren't an Innovate dealer, so if you buy from them there is absolutely no support available.
