You probably could with enough work, but I'd rather fix the idle problem.
The idle problem is either
mechanical
tune related
If mechanical, then going to the stock computer for idle only does nothing to solve the problem.
If tune related, you can just fix the tune.

Throw in the stock ecu and idle it, if it's fixed, that's one thing, but I'm betting it'll still be there.
I zip tied a fuel hose to my throttle cable which I later found out after removing and reinstalling the engine was pulling on it, giving me a high idle. That zip tie is no longer there.
