yes. fix it with silicone adhesive or something similar....a rubber cement patch kit for a bike tire should work.

thanks, ill do that. im running the 12:1 FMU, stock 1.6 injectors and a 195 fuel pump. the intank fuel lines keep bursting off the fuel pump. what could be the problem, too much pressure? the lines actually burst in half. they are brand new lines and i have changed them about 5 times already. i have tried better high pressure lines with a inner saftey tube, but they break also.
FMU lines are correct. 6psi.

any ideas?

the lines are only rated to 100 psi or something like that. Get larger injectors, and lower the fuel pressure with a different disc!

are you using fuel injection hose and not fuel line? Needs worm clamps, never reuse the pinch clamps.

12:1 disc with a 190HP pump means 140psi of fuel at low boost. You only need like 70psi of fuel at 6psi.

umm if you're getting "fuel injection" lines you shouldn't have a a problem, i think minimum fuel injection lines are rated at 125psi working pressure and like 800psi burst. I got mine from our local napa store, rated at 180wp, i think 6 feet cost me like 30$.

yes...im in the process of changing to as different disc. trying out what works best. the 12:1 was too much, hence the change. yes new clamps are used.

i tried putting in a 8:1 disc with 190fp and 1.6 injectors. pulls great in low to mid, like it would with a 12:1 but up top to redline it feels sluggish, like there is not enough fuel.
1.8's not in yet, but will be in soon. until then which disc should i use?

if it feels sluggish in the upper rpms doesnt that mean that too much fuel is being delivered?

i had that same problem with fuel line bursting in half. the problem was a shitty barbed fitting. it would somehow cut the line or somthing
