Default Greddy kit pricing

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here knows any place to get the greddy for a good price. I know that in the long run the Begi kit is way better, but for this car I'm looking for just a moderate bit more kick, and the greddy seems to provide just that.

I know someone on the forums was selling for $1200ish shipped a while back, does anyone know if a deal like that is still findable? I'd prefer to get a new kit instead of something used. So far, the best I've found is at mvpmotorsports for $1287 pre-shipping.

thanks!

Greddy has a retail sales price limit. Most they can sell Greddy for is 5% off retail. So if you do buy that product, they will have to sell it to you at 5% off, not the price listed on the website. I am sure they will fix the website price right after you buy it and they see their error.

I'm sure they'll stick it to those bastards after they get out of bankruptcy court.

Greddy USA isn't in bankruptcy court.....

What they do is put you on a "Do Not Sell" list, so you won't be able to buy Greddy anymore. Not that MVP sells many, they get it from me, and they haven't ordered any in awhile.

Yeah, I thought you were the guy selling them! Doesn't sound like you're able to offer the old pricing anymore though, huh?

No. Greddy raised the price they sell for wholesale distributors as well. Even with only the maximum 5% retail discount, when you consider shipping to us, COD or CC fees, we don't make much at all. That was the point of Greddy doing this, to make people be forced to sell at retail prices. Right now, if you sell anything more than 5% off, you will be close to, or losing money, unless you are buying direct from Greddy, which is now only 3 companies.

How about a group buy at MVP's cost?

I contacted Greddy and they are gonna give me a quantity requirement to get the MVP pricing of $1287.50.

They have 16 in stock right now, so that won't be an issue.

I too am looking for a kit. The cheapest prices i have seen were from modacar for 1300 and raceinspired for 1318. Let me know what you find out.

There's a used kit with a FMIC and piping and an MSD unit for $1200 on here. Not the best deal in the world but beats 1300 for a base greddy kit.

Also, go make yourself a proper intro thread and start soaking in the knowledge available on the site before you get yourself banned.
