I'm running a two-piece Tony DP with flex section, and an Enthuza turbo exhaust. Mine's the stainless version, but it should be identical in fit to the regular one. Tony made me a new cat as well, for about $115 if I recall, which is 2.5" in and out based on a Magnaflow core.
I installed the whole exhaust system, minus the cat. Then I bolted the cat to the catback portion, and used the slip-joint just before the muffler to twist and pre-tension the system to hold the cat in the correct location- this joint is secured with a stepped band clamp, so it's pretty secure. Then I bolted the cat to the downpipe. This way, the catback section of the exhaust bears most of the load of supporting the cat.
Given the large amount of play in my system (2 piece DP, with flex section, plus 2 piece catback) there was almost too much freedom of adjustment. It took a while to get the cat into a position where it aligned with the downpipe but didn't bang against the PPF or body. I did not attach any additional hangers, though I notice that the Enthuza system has one less hanger than the stock system.
I take it from this question that you were ultimately successful getting your turbo and DP bolted down? Congrats.
