Control Arms
So while removing my bushings, I somehow managed to bend one of my upper control arms. Should I bend it back or just buy another one?
Also, track bros, does anyone bother with adjustable control arms? I realize they're geared mostly toward the herrafrush crowd, but is there any benefit to running a set of them?

And I'm shorting mine permanently (open the weld on one side of the bushing tubes, compress them and re-weld), when I need to replace one due to the ball joints crapping out (have not bent an arm yet).
That's the "easy" way to get -3.5 in front camber on a NB, bending the arms equally is harder

Adjustable control arms are not necessary for track use. Tubular control arms will drop weight, but definitely not a necessity.
Buy another used upper arm, I've got some as well. PM me if interested.

I have pressed out a couple of sets. If you have a long skinny rod that goes through the "upper" bushing when on the press and push on a larger piece of metal that fits on the lower bushing it eliminates the chance of bending one. You are only pushing on the actual bushing that you are supporting with a piece of tubing that fits the diameter of the bushing.
