Default Need a quick differential answer

Howdy all,
I've searched but haven't come across a direct answer. I need a quick turnaround on this before the item gets sold.

Question:
Will a LSD diff from a 97 be a direct fit into a 2001 with and open diff? Basically looking to do a whole package swap. Do I need to change any clips, shatfs, ect..

Thanks to all that answer.

Center chunk drops right in. You can keep your axles, PPF, DS, and aluminum batwing mount.
