PS "cooler" line took a dive, what to do?
Is low level PS fluid bad for the pump (asked he THE stupid question)?
Can I simply short the line, bypassing the "cooler" section for the time being?
A buddy recommended using NAPA "transmission cooler kit" instead of Mazda line. - Good idea?
Thanks.

Duly noted. Not planning on it, as the car is multi-function (DD& track& auto-x). ' sides, having driven a couple without ps, can't say that I like it. (at least on Miata)

You can go to Jegs and take your pick based on inlet/outlet and size. Any cheap Derale would work.

Or get the Mazda OEM from someone here who depowered.

There is always the fancy aluminum BEGi one... for $130
If I still had access to a lathe, I could crank these things out wholesale. Profit margin on these must be incredible.
