What size tyres?
Gooday,
Greetings from Sydney Australia.
Im new to this forum, but have followed it for a while now, before joining.
Ill post details of my Yellow Turbo 1.6 soon.
ATM im inneed of new tyres. Currently run on BBS RX 16 x 7" rims.
Im on 205/40/16 but they are smaller in diameter than stock and given my motor is a lot more torquey.....i think i can handle an upsize.
I was thinking 205/45/16 's any suggestions? i tried for 215/40/16's but Australia doesnt seen to get this size readily.
Cheers

there's probably a million threads on miata.net in the tire section.
MX-5 Miata Forum - Tires & Wheels
and you probably wont find many opinions about Oz-only tires here. There's only a handful of users from there. Most of us would probably switch to a 15" wheel and use one of the dozens of choices for that.
however, there are a few 16" options around the world. you could also try a 215/45/16 but it might rub a little.
