Default Might need a 94-97 cyl head.

I might be picking up a 94 today for $500. The seller says it has a "broken cam", thats what his "mechanic" told him. Im not really sure what that means but in any case I might just fix the car and resell it as a whole. I just wanna see whats out there as for replacement heads and what they go for.

So let me know what you have and how much and I'll let you know if I need it in a few days.

Thanks.

Well since you are in a maybe situation like myself, I'll sell you my '95 head if you need it, it's in great shape, but only after I find out if I'm getting a '99 head or not. Waiting on pictures from the seller.

Well Mike broke a cam, so I guess it's possible.
More likely that it'll need a timing belt.

I assume you saw the ad?

I spoke to him and he said all I would need to do is go to the dealer he bought it from and pay the xfer fee. I will verify with the dealer before hand to make sure thats the case.

If it becomes a problem I'll quickly part the car and be done with it.

I have family in FL, so they alerted me to the link. Did not know if you saw the title part.

sounds like it probably has a lien on it if you have to transfer at the dealership.
