That reminds me of this douchetard named Michael that is at the TX miata challenge events. He really thinks he is better than me. The nerve.

Default Trackday: a documentary (comedy)

Ok, so it's not a documentary, but it's not too far from the truth.

Without wishing to raise the ire of Hustler but, for accuracy:

200mph in a Caterham on the Autobahn, in the dark, while it was raining.

I think he was just "topping" that guy

I actually had a student tell me once that he was at a the event to see how good of a showroom stock racer his car was going to make. He had zero track events under his belt. And he was driving an Altima.

Here's something cool.

To find out if the video you're about to post has been posted before, do a search for the letters and numbers you extract from the url to post on here. IE: [YT]b7iUKaPlBl8[/Y]. So search for "b7iUKaPlBl8".

Yours came up with this... https://www.miataturbo.net/search.php?searchid=1424956

Lol, it was posted yesterday!

Assuming they posted the exact same video... there are lots of duplicates on youtube of the same videos. It is a good idea to search, but that is definitely not a fail safe.

I was the first car on the grid at Hallett at the last TXMC in HPDE4 with a field of Vettes and Cobras, and a few CMC cars. It was pretty entertaining to have 3 people walk up to me and advise me to watch my mirrors. Another guy told me to let him by as the first car on the track, lol.

Poser V8 street cars and back-marker CMC2 's are trophies for the <120whp Miatas...low hanging fruit. Lapping a field of retards is nothing special. My target is on TTB, that's where I'll become a man.

However, I've recently had a lot of fun sparring with a few skilled driver's in stock C6Z's on R-comps. I was feeling pretty good about the Vette party back in March...until a guy named Keith Verges showed up in his stock C6Z and skull fucked me. Then, he proceeded to get his 2300lb SM-Turbo and run 3-god damned seconds faster than me. I wept, then my CHRA died...but I had a lot of fun that day.

Closing speeds were pretty hilarious in that session.

Priceless!

I'd have loved to see the look on his face.
