Assuming they posted the exact same video... there are lots of duplicates on youtube of the same videos. It is a good idea to search, but that is definitely not a fail safe.

I was the first car on the grid at Hallett at the last TXMC in HPDE4 with a field of Vettes and Cobras, and a few CMC cars. It was pretty entertaining to have 3 people walk up to me and advise me to watch my mirrors. Another guy told me to let him by as the first car on the track, lol.

 

And the result?

Hopefully a few guys walked away with a severely bruised ego.....

 

Poser V8 street cars and back-marker CMC2 's are trophies for the <120whp Miatas...low hanging fruit. Lapping a field of retards is nothing special. My target is on TTB, that's where I'll become a man.

However, I've recently had a lot of fun sparring with a few skilled driver's in stock C6Z's on R-comps. I was feeling pretty good about the Vette party back in March...until a guy named Keith Verges showed up in his stock C6Z and skull fucked me. Then, he proceeded to get his 2300lb SM-Turbo and run 3-god damned seconds faster than me. I wept, then my CHRA died...but I had a lot of fun that day.


Closing speeds were pretty hilarious in that session.

 

Did I ever tell you queers about the poser in the Ferrari at Hallett from a few years ago who demanded to run the top group?

 

Had one of those show up last year. Driving a 360. Full driver suit complete with all the requisite sponsor patches. Started in Advance group. Black flagged. Moved to Intermediate. Black flagged. Moved to beginner and and instructor put in the car. Black flagged and sent home.

 

Priceless!

I'd have loved to see the look on his face.
