Ed, website is really letting you guys down. Trying to put 1.6 organic clutch in cart to checkout but it won't let me. I'll try back later.

Man, you're not kidding. Yes, please try back later. It has been a major letdown for sure. Immensely frustrating and beyond our control. The company we picked to do our new site has really let us down.

We just had a couple orders come in so I think it's working again. Please let me know if it isn't.

Install autoptimize and disable any unnecessary plugins to help with load. I think divi might have an option built in to serve webp images which will also help. I know there's more but I can't remember most of it. The error logs will have more info about what was maxing out. You can upgrade the hosting account which will help. Make sure all of these requirements are met. https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/d...g-requirements

The IG feed is probably a resource hog, they usually are, but maybe they've gotten better.

https://gtmetrix.com/ this tool will be helpful to monitor changes. I'd do a baseline on it when the site isn't getting hammered with traffic.

Thanks for the tips, I'll pass them on.

Everything seems to be working now, albeit a bit slowly, but working.

I sense a conspiracy

I know at least one fellow club member who plans to ditch his jiggly FM springs/Koni combination and put Xidas on his RF. He's already messaged me several times on the subject so I know he's already mentally spent the cash.

Haha. Conspiracy for sure!

I think he might have placed his order already, I saw an order come through for ND Xidas to Canada.

Thanks Six.

Sale has been going really well once the site started working. Orange Cash should be fixed today or tomorrow as well, and will go retroactive to all orders placed during the sale period.

I'm finally going to pull the trigger on some Xidas for my ND and although it says free shipping on orders over $400 when I go to check out the only free option is for pick up?

Interesting. I'll have to look into tthat i thought that was working
If you choose pick up does it try to charge you tax? If so, just choose whatever the cheapest shipping method is and I'll refund it.

Okay cool, thanks Ed. I tried the local pick up option and yes it wanted to charge tax so I switched to ground shipping and placed the order.

Hey Ed, any updates on this? I haven't heard anything since I placed the order 2 weeks ago.

Email me please. I asked some questions in my response that you didn't answer so I figured it was resolved.

Uh well I did respond to your questions via my post that's literally directly below yours, but I'll send an email now anyway.

I'm dumb. Apologies. Frantically building Xidas this morning and apparently that affects my ability to read.
site is fixed, just need to fix your order.

Hey guys, I sent a message through the website but figured I'd expand upon the issue here. The other day I was finally able to see the sales page but the items I need most weren't on sale. Today I am again trying to locate engine rebuild parts after the links I saved shortly before the switch were broken. I typed "oil pan baffle" into the search bar without hitting Enter nor clicking the magnifying glass button, and after a few seconds wait a short list of results drops down. I can't get any of them to load to their description page. If I click the search button a new page loads but the search result list is filled with even more seemingly unrelated items. Nothing like searching through search results. While the prices are great this website is nearly unusable. I will try clicking on categories but will then need to sift through everything instead of searching for the exact items I need. I waited a bit and tried again. Sorry for the loss of business but it looks like I'll be ordering from GoodWin and FM.

Edited to add, if I click search by year (Miata) and then category it seems nothing loads. You have to scroll far to the bottom of the page to find results. What I do see is 3x is:
Filter by Category - Manufacturers - Filter By Make / Model - Filter By Price

I hope you can get the web designer to get it working properly...sooner than later.
