EMS4 MAP Issue

EMS4 MAP Issue
I am installing the unit into a 1990 with the trackspeed patch harness, and I think I have everything working except for the TPS and the MAP. Initially my TPS was stuck at 100% and putting the injectors into flood control mode, ie-no fuel was passing the injectors. Finally got the minimum % fixed then determined the power wire had no juice, which is an easy fix. In looking at the calibration when trying to start I noticed that the MAP was reading full vacuum, so I checked the wiring at the sensor. I had ground and 5volt to the sensor and then also found that the signal wire also had 5volts on it coming from the ECU. Any help diagnosing this issue would be helpful.

IAC noise
Thanks to Savington I got the coils and injectors synched, and figured out that I had power and ground reversed on the MAP sensor. I got the car started yesterday, but could not get it to idle. Eventually remembered that the idle was controlled by the stock ECU on my old setup and had never turned on the IAC function for the EMS. So today after turning on the IAC I was able to get the engine to idle perfectly. So the IAC is making an ungodly loud buzz. Wondering if I have the frequency set to high. I think it is currently at 8,000 something.
Thanks for any insight.
