I know Evil personally, regardless of his grammar on here, he is an really nice guy, and wouldnt say anything just to hurt someone's business for the hell of it. He's just trying to other people on here by letting them know what his experiences were. I too have had communication problems with Begi and stuff not fitting right. I'm on my 3rd S4 manifold because they keep cracking, and I'm paying an "extra" $400 to get them to make a stronger one that will "hopefully" not crack. Fitment, missing parts, and communication seem to be a major problem for the people here in Atlanta for some reason. A lot of the guys out here dont use them for that reason. BUT they do stand behind their stuff, and are for the most part VERY friendly. Their ideas are unique and and out perform others to get the power you want. The headache of getting it all together is just part of building your car, and I feel is worth it in the end, but it can be a hassle.

As for the extra $400 for the stronger manifold - we asked you to pay for less than half of the weld elbow manifold. Retail price is $875. Especially since the failure was something that the S4 manifold is not warrantied for. Corky and I both feel that is more than fair. We have not had one of the weld elbow manifolds crack yet. But if someone can put it thru the wringer and that theory, it would be you. Have you had some communication problems? Sure. You called and asked Corky for an update. He gave you wrong info. He does that occasionally. Unfortunately, he is not privy to the production schedule, nor does he know the delivery of materials schedule. I apologize for the mis-communication. We appreciate your compliments on our unique ideas and parts outperforming others though. :) Thanks, Stephanie |

The warranty does not cover user error or incorrect installation - the type of failure your manifold experienced. We did still fix it for you at no charge, and even replaced the mounting hardware three additional times, at no charge. Additional supports were added to it, again, at no charge. Yes, we did send the wrong turbo studs initially. (As the 1.6L manifold gets a special length stud.) I overlooked this, and it was my mistake. I apologize.
