Here is my 93 setup. This turbo is a thing of beauty. Thanks Corky, Stephanie, Tim, Larry, Hank and the whole gang at BEGi.

That is a cool valve cover. What exactly was done to it? Painted carbon fiber?

NICE!!! You're coming with Stef and Tim when they come to tune my car @ 18psi and I don't care what you say! Lot's of good food, people and fun. My engine build should be done in three weeks so not long after that.

It is an overlay that is baked on. You can see more about it on my website:

Not bad for a stock motor running stock injectors with 180,000 miles on it.

I was thinking about making an all carbon valve cover for that same reason. It is just such a beautiful part you get out. You have some real skill with composites. It would of been great if you could of done the lower protective cam cover in the same fashion.

Nice plot. Weird dip at 4K. I notice that on a lot of plots.

nice ride, beautiful condition........

am i correct that this thing isn't intercooled? if so...why spend $ on the fancy exhaust mani when you can't run much boost?

also, looks like i'm getting roughly the same power figures with the cast mani and stock ecu (w/bandaids) at those low boost settings.

It is all new to me. I like that it is a nice smooth plot and decent power for a mild system on a stock motor. It can only get better from here.

The manifold flows better and allows me to upgrade moving forward. I opted to get it first instead of replacing later. More boost will have to wait until I do some bottom end work. I don't want to push a motor with 180,000 miles on it.
