No plans to as of right now. Once it is running i will be able to figure out if it can stay cool enough as long as i stay away from traffic (rare around me) most speed limits are 55 ect. If there is a issue i will take it from there. Evos run this radiator often and claim to have no issues in traffic even so im hopping I can experience the same even if I have to avoid somethings. What i really need is some kind of ghetto cowl hood made or modified but i have no clue how to go about that so ill just ignore it for a little bit.

Will you have to clearance a hood to fit things as is or is a stock hood going to fit? If a stock hood fits the singular vents are going to be your most efficient option in terms of heat extraction.

Looks good.

Sadly the stock hood will not fit without alot of holes cut in it this motor is fairly tall and the tall turbo/radiator/throttle body is not helping.

I cannot find any aftermarket options either. I am open to a ghetto ricer looking hood if it fits but i cannot even find that.

I may start hacking up my hood one hole at a time though just to see how close it is. By the end the other 2jz miata guy got away with only one hole in the hood for the front of the valve cover but my stuff all sits taller.

I can only assume your making fun of the shitty eBay oil feed line that kinked when it was tightened because it was to cheap to spin like it should have been doing.

I figure if it leaks I'll make a new line at home.
If not then I'll run it turbo has a restrictor on it anyways so the -4 line is pretty overkill.

The toojay is a heavy lump. I wouldn't expect him to corner well with it. It will probably be a straight line car.

those are my old winter tires but they are not overly skinny very similar to the size tire i will be running when the car is driven.

But no the car will not be driven around the track nor will it be on turny back roads driven aggressively. The car has no purpose other then it was fun to build and hopefully will be fun to drive. It just was not what i wanted at the time and nothing is stopping me from buying another miata or a s2000 ect should i ever want it again.

Actually got to set it on the ground today after tightening up the suspension bolts ... car obviously needs an alignment very very bad and will most likely will be put on a trailer to have it done when the time comes.

Car needs some new springs and tires in the front but im unsure what ones i will go with if anyone has any suggestions car has koni yellow shocks that were on the car when i bought it.

Dat ***!

That's ******* awesome!

Will you need to cut the rear wheel wells? I'm guessing you'll have a lot of squat!

I will work on that stuff little by little

First step for the rears will be having them rolled
then ill go get an alignment
From there if it rubs (which it will) i will figure it out.

I may end up eventually just finding some stance *** around me that wants to make a couple monies to bolt on some flares and cut the fender back. Im not into doing that kind of stuff.

I am still trying to wrap my head around what suspension setup i should go with for not only keeping the front end up but to get some traction.

The current koni yellows are old and worn out im sure.

Im open to suggestions..and id prefer to stay away from coilovers.
