Couple more videos from Auto Cross. Lap 3 got squirrelly and Lap 5 was my fastest time I got on video.
My top 3 priorities next are make sure that my VEI sensors are reading correctly. And if they are Oil cooler is priority number 1. I was hitting 250 just tuning EBC the other day, and even hit 250 on the drive home to Corvallis from PIR on the long straightaways.
Also where can I source a c-clip or 2 for the rear diff?

You just needed some better instruction. Plenty of opportunity for you to get on the throttle earlier. Ryan suggested that and it really helped me. Such as the end of the slalom, if you wait until after the "last" cone, you're waiting too late.

Picked up a rivet gun and some rivets, will go get some aluminum tomorrow to plan an oil cooler bracket.
6am practice and an easy credit load (last term ftw) means I have way too much free time. Spent all day working on the GFs Jeep and still had time to play with EBC tuning.
Penzoil Syncromesh is god, the NV3550 in the Wrangler went from damn near impossible to put into third right to buttery shifts. Kerosene flush and a refill and its a happy camper. I love working on the Jeep and she will actually help on that one so its always a good time. Need to replace both pinion seals and a ton of bushings soon though, that will be interesting.

Thanks to Ben (yank) I got a good deal on Red Horse Performance fittings and lines. 4 feet of nylon braided, and 4 90* fittings. All I need to do is figure out how to mount this bad boy.

So my oil cooler has the brackets cut off of it. My current plan is to drill too small holes on the outside of each of the 4 corners. Then rivet a bit of angle aluminum onto those places.
Question:
How thick of material can I rivet together. Can I use a rivet on 1/8th inch angle aluminum? Or will I have to use sheet metal and bend it into the shape I need.
I've never used rivets before.
Did some googling and this chart will help:

Update to the list:
To-Do:
0. FIND OIL LEAK/BURN (So far so good.)
1. Inconel studs (RX-7 ordered, still need resbond but I think I am going to run without resbond for now because its a biatch to find)
2. Exhaust bracing. (Ordered a 3 inch exhaust clamp)
3. Locking downpipe bolts (Arrived)
4. Seats + Harness
4. Back braces (DIY)
5. Install new springs (550 Front, 350 rear)
6. Oil+water temp guages. (Going with a VEI systems gauge) Ordered and installed
7. Helmet (Going to continue to run my open face helmet and wait for sa-2015)
8. Hardtop (Got one)
9. Put beads on intercooler pipes (Probably DIY: DIY $5 charge pipe bead roller - D-series.org, unless someone local knows somewhere to get it done cheap)
10.Find/fix diff leak.
11. Heat Shielding. (master cylinder, brake lines)
12. Manifold relief cuts (wont happen until the turbo comes off again.)
13. Setup oil cooler (All parts purchased)
14. GT500 Hood Vent. (still shopping
15. Hawk DTC-60 brake pads. Not doing this while I still have street tires.
16. Plastidip Hardtop (Plastidip purchased)
17. Test both temp sensors
∞. Break stuff
∞. Find ever changing coolant leaks.
∞. Tune.
