Thanks Ryan.

I think I remember not being able to swap pulleys, so I guess I'm looking for an alternator too.

On another note, picking this up today.

I do. Currently figuring out wiring.

https://www.amazon.com/Hopkins-43755.../dp/B0002RNSIM

Looks like that will work really well.

Just got word from ACE Race that the 321 schedule 40 short radius will be back in stock soon. Good news, will get to ordering those soon.

Wow I wish I had seen that. I had to splice mine in properly to avoid using the vampire taps it came with.

Yeah. For the price it seems pretty good. Pretty easy to pull out if not using too.

Interesting that it's got the tires on the front. When I built mine (many, many years ago, long since sold) I put the tires on the back, that way when I was at the autox and I'd removed the tires (but still had the box full of tools and stuff), the trailer didn't want to flip over backwards.

The seller made sure to tell me that if you take the tires of it will flip up and break off the lights. Which is why the lights have been replaced once before.

This was mine:

BTW, the 2001-vintage race tires in the photo fit between the rails like that, but modern 225s won't.

Not bad. This one has a pretty trick gas can holder. I won't be carrying tires right now. Mostly just camping gear and stuff.

Currently searching for some padlocks for the bucket.

If you decide to do any significant work on it, I recommend ditching the bolts and welding the frame together. Mine was always a bit loose/rattle-y.

Thanks. I'll look into it. Currently my only idea is to add a hitch receiver on the rear. For a bike rack

You got a welder, make a couple kick stands back there.

I like that idea. I'll look into it.

In other news. Got some quotes back on head flanges. Looks like 316SS will be happening. With 321 runners.

Also spoke to Evan (wittyworks) and I will be making more than one of these manifolds. If anyone else wants EFR low mount goodness.

I put a 1UP roof tray in a transverse orientation where the tongue meets the deck of my trailer. Works good.

I need to be able to carry 2 bikes.

I already have a hitch carrier. Just need to put it on the back of the trailer.

Even better. You can just plug the stand into the hitch.
